SUMMARY:
Moe is on a 1-yr. contract for Black & Veatch that expires in May but can leave at any time with no penalty. He was hired with the understanding he would be brought on full-time, but there continues to be no movement in this direction. He was hired at Engineer level 4 but his work responsibilities have steadily escalated; his Supervisor left 2 months ago and in addition to RF Design (his primary focus) he has been thrust into IP address assignments, doing drawings, issuing the drawings, field testing, trouble-shooting, etc. He is directly responsible for 8 divisions (geographical centers) including Binghamton, Plattsburgh, Mechanicsville, Canandaigua, and Genesee.
Moe has been working exclusively on electric utility projects for Avangrid in upstate NY for the past 6 months!
He has led over 100 projects covering large structures - hospitals, stadiums, police centers, nuclear facilities, dormitories.
* Backhaul infrastructure: Very strong on the wireless, and microwave side.
* Narrowband: currently working on 10 MHz WiMax project; has worked down as low as 1.25 to 2.5 MHz re: in-building solutions for public safety.
* Propagation Analysis: very strong
Moe is a Canadian citizen, single (renting), and can easily relocate to CT or MA (loves Boston). Perfect English.
Salary: Currently at $125K base. Will be looking for increase and relocation assistance.
